Refund policy

OD's United offers refunds via store credit for anything purchased from us.  All store credits are issued via electronic eGift Cards that can be used on ODsUnited.com only.  It is required that we are notified before a return is sent back to us so we can coordinate the next best steps with you.

We also offer our own 1 year frame replacement warranty for all manufacturers defects. If we do not have the exact frame in stock, we will allow you to choose any frame in replacement from the same brand, or issue store credit to your account for the total price you paid for the frame.
